Buffer Synth Alpha v1.22
A fairly lo-fi effect. When you send it a MIDI note, it will play back the
contents of it's buffer at the note's pitch. Note that this is not an alpha
release - the Buffer Synth series uses a Street Fighter naming convention
(i.e. Buffer Synth, Buffer Synth 2, Buffer Synth 2 Championship edition,
Buffer Synth 2 Turbo, Super Buffer Synth 2, Super Buffer Synth 2 Turbo,
Buffer Synth Alpha, etc...). (C++)
